How does it work?
We have in-house editorial project managers called Content Strategists (or CS). They are in charge of the project, the client and the freelancer. They are the ones who manage the customer relationship: back and forth, briefings, modifications, etc. Of course you will be in contact with the customer but there will always be the CS assigned to the project in the loop to make sure everything goes well.
