To whom should I send my invoice? To the end customer or YouLoveWords?
Tell you, that in any case your end customer: it's us! So you send your invoice to YouLoveWords. You have a choice between: use our invoice template on the platform draw up your own invoice with all the necessary information given to you by the Content Strategist with whom you have worked.

To the end customer or YouLoveWords? You must send your invoice to YouLoveWords, all the necessary information will be given to you by your Content Strategist 📑 (and in some months it will be automatic)
Who to contact if you have any questions about invoicing or payment?
For any questions regarding contractualization, invoicing or payment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org 📩 You can add in CC the Content Strategist with whom you had previously exchanged if necessary!
How does the payment work?
All payments are made at the end of the month following your invoice. In other words, if you invoice us on June 5th , 15th or 25th : you will be paid on July 31st. Simply send the invoice to the Content Strategist with whom you collaborated on the project.
How will I be paid at the end of the mission?
Simply by bank transfer. Whether you are in France or at the other end of the world.
